Austin had lots of people try and figure out where he would be serving the next two years! It was fun to see what family and friends would say. Austin wanted to go to Alaska. He didn't want to learn a language and he wanted to stay in the states. The Lord knew EXACTLY where he needed to serve - Tacoma Washington Mission. English speaking! He was happy! Very happy. We have never been to Washington, so it was a new adventure for sure. Nick and Kate were here to celebrate with us when he opened his call. It was so nice to have them here. Nick could give him lots of advice and encouragement!
Tacoma Washington is going to get an awesome young man!
